This meeting fee will help offset the food, beverage, and other expenses associated with the meeting. The fee is waived for those individuals registered to attend the Forum and/or Adopting SOA in Telecom Workshop. Please be sure to note the TC meeting you will be attending (see registration form question area for details).

** Employees of organizations that hold OASIS Foundational Sponsor, Sponsor, or Contributor membership are eligible to register at the OASIS member discount rate, even if they are not personally active in OASIS.



Payment Policy:

Registration payments may be made using credit card, government purchase order, or company check. All credit card payments will be processed using USD. If paying by company check or government purchase order, please mail a copy of your registration form and payment to:

Note: Please make checks payable to OASIS.

Where applicable, completed registration forms will be invoiced immediately, and payment must be received on or before the due date. The due date is deemed to be 30 days from the date of invoice and no later than the date of the event. All fees are payable in full prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing by OASIS. An unpaid invoice may result in registration cancellation and refusal of admission to the event.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

Should you be unable to attend the event, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Notification of substitutions must be communicated to the OASIS Registrar.

For single delegate registrations: Cancellation by 15 August 2008 will be refunded, less a 50 USD processing fee. Cancellations received after that date will not be refunded. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the OASIS Registrar.

For group delegate registrations: No refunds will be made for cancellations; however, substitutions will be welcome.

Visa Applications:

Upon request, OASIS will provide invitation letters to those traveling to the Forum from countries where official documentation is required for visa applications. Please forward your request directly to the OASIS Registrar.
