How to Participate


 

In order to maintain affordable attendee fees, OASIS depends on event sponsorship. In return, we are providing our event sponsors with tremendous value for unprecedented exposure to a focused audience in an intimate setting.

This year’s Symposium will feature a unique programme, related technical committee meetings, birds-of-a-feather gatherings, interops and networking opportunities for attendees.

EVENING DINNER

The Symposium’s Evening Dinner is a unique and memorable experience that lends itself well to good will and informal networking. This sponsorship provides a high level of visibility that is offered as an exclusive or shared sponsorship opportunity.

Benefits include:

  • Option to designate a moderator for one of the interactive sessions on the programme 
  • Executive quote, company name, and support featured in Symposium press release
    (company name only published for non-members)
  • Recognition in the Dinner invitation
  • Logo placement on Dinner give-away
  • Opportunity to extend an official “thank you” during the Dinner
  • A Showcase workstation including: a table, one chair, internet connectivity, and electricity

The Symposium will feature a Networking Reception on Tuesday, 11 October, the evening of the Symposium’s second day. Open to all attendees, the Reception will offer valuable networking opportunities with industry leaders. An open bar and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

    (company name only published for non-members)
  • Logo placement on Reception cocktail napkins

The Solutions Showcase is designed to provide a forum to exchange ideas and to experience a range of innovative technology solutions for cloud computing. OASIS members and non-members are welcome join the Showcase to highlight their real-world examples of integrated, enterprise technologies aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Participants in the Showcase may be part of an Interoperability demonstration or sign up as a stand-alone solution provider. Either way, the interactive component of the Symposium will allow companies to share their real-life innovative solutions to key professionals responsible for developing, influencing and managing policy from the public, private and academic sectors.

This is the perfect opportunity for companies to exchange ideas and provide inspiration for new areas of applications for cloud computing.
