Registration Information

 



Advance registration is closed.  On-site registration will be available beginning on Monday, 27 September.  All registrants must present an official photo ID upon entrance into the building (example:  drivers license, passport, etc...).

Conference registrants have a special entrance to Building F.  Please enter using the K Street entrance.  This entrance has direct access to the B2 Auditorium.

   OASIS Member Rate: 300 USD                                                                                       
   Government Employee Rate:
400 USD                                              
   Non-Member Rate: 550 USD
Conference fees includes access to the conference program, box luncheons (Monday & Tuesday),
coffee refreshments, welcome reception (Tuesday evening), and all associated materials.
 

RELATED COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Individuals registering for technical and steering committee meetings will need to register using this form as well.  Registering for the related meetings only does not include the above conference packages.  Members attending the meetings are encouraged to also participate in the conference.  Meeting are only open to OASIS members ~ please contact Carol Geyer to join.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Payment Policy:

Registration payments may be forwarded using a credit card, government purchase order, or company check. Please indicate your payment clearly on the registration form. If paying using a company check or government purchase order, please forward a copy of your registration form and payment directly to the OASIS registrar.

Where applicable completed registration forms will be invoiced immediately and payment must be received on or before the due date. The due date is deemed to be 30 days from the date of invoice, or in the case of the event being earlier, no later than the date of the event. All fees are payable in full prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing with OASIS an unpaid invoice may result in your registration being cancelled and refusal of admission to the event.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

Should you be unable to attend the event a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Notification of any substitutions must be communicated to OASIS Registrar, no later than three days before the event.

Cancellation within 21 days of the event will require payment of 100% of the attendance fee. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to OASIS Registrar.
