Advance registration was required by 23 September.  No on-site registration is available.  Please also note:  In order to comply with NIST facility requirements, attendees from outside the U.S. must review and comply with additional registration requirements below.

This fee includes access to the conference program, luncheons (Tuesday & Wednesday), coffee breaks, reception (Tuesday), and associated materials.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

In compliance with NIST regulations, we are unable to accept on-site registrations for this conference; all attendees must be pre-registered no later than 23 September.  Photo identification must be presented at the main gate to be admitted to the conference.

Foreign National Visitor and Guest Program:

  • For Non-US National Visitors (foreign nationals visiting a NIST location for 3 days or less, or attending a conference of 5 days or less), the sponsor must submit the NIST 1260 Form at least two full business days prior to the arrival of the visitor.  This will ensure that both OSY & OIAA can forward the required information to the Department of Commerce Office of Security (OSY) at least 24 hours prior to the visitor's arrival.

  • Permanent Resident - permanent residents visiting NIST must be registered through the on-line conference registration. Permanent residents must have their "green card" with them as evidence that they are indeed permanent residents.  A driver's license is not sufficient.  Another form of ID is required. Sponsors of Permanent residents are not required to complete a NIST 1260 Form nor complete the DAO attachments.

Upon request, OASIS will provide invitation letters to those traveling to the conference from countries where official documentation is required for visa applications. Please forward your request directly to registrar@oasis-open.org.


Payment Policy:

Registration payments may be forwarded using a credit card, government purchase order, or company check. Please indicate your payment clearly on the registration form. If paying using a company check or government purchase order, please forward a copy of your registration form and payment directly to the OASIS registrar.

Where applicable completed registration forms will be invoiced immediately and payment must be received on or before the due date. The due date is deemed to be 30 days from the date of invoice, or in the case of the event being earlier, no later than the date of the event. All fees are payable in full prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing with OASIS an unpaid invoice may result in your registration being cancelled and refusal of admission to the event.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

Should you be unable to attend the event a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Notification of any substitutions must be communicated to OASIS Registrar, no later than three days before the event.

Cancellation within 21 days of the event will require payment of 100% of the attendance fee. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to OASIS Registrar.
