Registration Information
WE HAVE REACHED OUR REGISTRATION CAPACITY...
Thank you for your interest in attending our Emergency Alerting Policy Workshop. The workshop has reached maximum registration capacity. We are hoping to open registration up again to accommodate additional registrations, so we are asking all interested parties to complete our workshop waitlist form. A member of the program committee will contact you directly to discuss availability (which will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis). In the meantime, please feel free to contact me directly at jane.harnad@oasis-open.org with any questions.
Admission to the workshop is free; however, space is limited. Invited participants will be guaranteed a space at the workshop. To register for one of the open spots, please register complete the online registration form.
Registration for the workshop includes: access to the program sessions, coffee breaks, and associated materials.
Participants are responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations. For additional information regarding hotel accommodations, please visit the Venue and Hotel information page.

Invitation Letters
Workshop participants that require an "Invitation Letter" to justify travel funding, and/or administrative protocols, should contact the organizing committee. Please note that due to limited funding for this event, travel and subsistence costs are the responsibility of the participants and an "Invitation Letter" is not a commitment on the part of the workshop organizers to provide financial support for the event.
